Terms of Service

Preme is operated by AIVA Consulting Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland (company number 804102), with its registered office in County Dublin, Ireland. The full registered address is available on request.

For anything about the service or your account, contact hello@preme-links.com. For legal notices, contact hello@aiva.ie.

By creating an account or using Preme, you agree to these terms.

What Preme is

Preme is a link shortening and tracking service. You create short links that redirect to destinations you choose, and Preme records click statistics for those links, including the date and time, country and approximate city, and device type.

Preme also offers, depending on your plan:

  • Short links on your own branded domain, and QR codes for any link
  • Bio pages and custom link previews (your own image, title and text)
  • A/B testing with a second destination
  • Scheduled links, password-protected links, and a backup address if a page is down
  • Link tags, bulk actions, campaign presets, and imports from Bitly, TinyURL or CSV
  • Reports with date ranges, CSV exports, and shareable read-only report links
  • Team sharing with viewer and editor roles
  • Email alerts, a weekly summary, and outgoing webhooks

The features included in each plan are described on our pricing page.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts must be verified by email (or by Google sign-in) before links can be created.

Acceptable use

You may not use Preme to create or share links that:

  • Contain malware, phishing content, spam, illegal content, adult content, or impersonate another person or business
  • Are used for bulk or unsolicited messaging campaigns
  • Cloak or disguise affiliate links in a way intended to deceive
  • Involve reselling or white-labelling Preme as your own product or service

We may disable links or suspend accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice, particularly where continued access poses a risk to other users or to Preme's infrastructure.

You can report a link you believe breaches these rules on our report a link page, from any tracked link's not-found or disabled page, or by emailing hello@preme-links.com.

Link screening

Before a link is created, edited or imported, its destination is checked against Google Safe Browsing. Destinations flagged as unsafe are refused. This screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee: we do not review or endorse the destinations our users choose.

Plans and billing

Free plan: available indefinitely, no payment required, subject to the feature limits shown on our pricing page.

Pro plan: €9/month (or the price shown at checkout), billed via Stripe, with a 7-day free trial for new subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Beta promotion: until 31 October 2026, all features are available free of charge to every account. After that date, standard Free and Pro plans apply. Accounts without an active Pro subscription will move to the Free plan; existing links, data, and businesses are never deleted as a result, though some Pro-only features may become read-only or unavailable.

Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including what's collected when your links are clicked and what's collected about your account. It forms part of these terms.

Your content and links

You retain ownership of the destination URLs, titles, images, and other content you add to Preme. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to link to and promote the destinations you choose. You grant Preme the right to store and display this content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your custom link previews when someone shares your link).

Sending your data elsewhere

If you switch on a webhook, or create a shareable report link, you are choosing to send your own link data to a system you control, or to expose it to anyone holding that link. Once it leaves Preme, that information is your responsibility. You can remove a webhook or revoke a shared report link at any time, which stops it working immediately.

Service availability

We aim to keep Preme's redirects fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We're not liable for losses caused by service downtime, though we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On account deletion, your businesses, links, click data, and uploaded images are deleted, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Preme is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, AIVA Consulting Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on click statistics or lost business from link downtime.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do; continued use of Preme after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
